Well, I embark on a new journey.... 12 weeks in Grenada where I will swim my little heart out and eat less!!!! I am extremely hesitant to post a current picture, but it serves me right, to make public the results of my recent gluttony. So an image will be posted sometime in the next few days... viewers beware!
Anyway...I need to help myself... by getting in shape in order to eliminate pain and to become better able to fully participate in my own life to the best of my ability!
Success is on the horizon - as will be the incredible setting sun over the Caribbean!
